Provider Qualifications

All medical services provided by Arizona IV Medics are administered or overseen by licensed healthcare providers, in compliance with Arizona state regulations. These include:


  • Supervising Medical Director: Allison Lane, MD, 47529
  • Role: Oversight of clinical services, protocols, and patient safety.
  • Licensed Practitioners:
  • All IV infusions and injections are administered by Registered Nurses (RNs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Paramedics, or other licensed professionals.
  • Each provider holds an active Arizona license and is trained in IV therapy and emergency response.


Scope of Services

Arizona IV Medics specializes in IV hydration, vitamin infusions, and related therapies aimed at promoting wellness. These services are elective and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Patients are encouraged to consult with their primary healthcare provider for medical conditions.


Risks and Limitations

While IV therapy is generally safe, potential risks include but are not limited to:


  • Infection at the injection site
  • Bruising, swelling, or irritation
  • Allergic reactions to administered substances
  • Circulatory overload


Patients are required to review and sign an Informed Consent Form before receiving any services.

Emergency Protocols

Arizona IV Medics is not an emergency medical service. In the event of a medical emergency, patients should contact 911 immediately. Our staff is trained to recognize emergencies and will provide initial support while emergency services are en route.
